Within the scope of the "Social and Economic Cohesion through Vocational and Technical Education Project," financed by the European Union under the Ministry of National Education, the laboratories of 50 selected Vocational Technical Anatolian high schools were equipped with technical training devices from Argeline Technical Training Devices in cooperation with Selka Limited, meeting the technical education device needs of many schools across Turkey.

Kemal Varın Numanoğlu, General Director of Vocational and Technical Education at the Ministry of National Education, stated that schools affiliated with the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education have been opened in areas densely populated by Syrians under temporary protection, and with the new project supported by the EU, work has started in 8 pilot provinces consisting of Adana, Bursa, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Kilis, Mersin, and Şanlıurfa.

PROJECT TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN 50 SCHOOLSNumanoğlu expressed their desire to strengthen schools, meet students' needs so they can focus on their education, change the perception of vocational education in the entire society—especially among Syrians under temporary protection—and contribute to placing it in its deserved position. He provided the following information about the project: "With this work to be carried out in 50 vocational and technical schools, our workshops will be equipped with the latest technology devices considering labor market needs, and their infrastructure will be renewed to become exemplary educational environments. In addition to Syrians under temporary protection, Turkish students will also receive support for transportation, educational materials, lunch, and practice in this educational environment."
